What is Accore Club & Services?
Accore Club & Services is an exclusive loyalty ecosystem designed for global travelers. It offers personalized experiences, room upgrades, and a seamless hospitality journey across our 5,000+ properties worldwide, including luxury, premium, and lifestyle brands.
Is there an enrollment fee?
No, joining the Accore Club is 100% complimentary. You begin earning points and enjoying basic benefits from your very first stay after registration.

How long does my status last?
Once achieved, your status is valid for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the entire following calendar year. You must re-qualify each year to maintain your level.

Points & Rewards

Learn how to earn and burn your Reward points.

What is the difference between Reward and Status points?
Status Points determine your membership level (Silver, Gold, etc.) and are earned through hotel stays. Reward Points are your "currency" which you can spend on free nights, dining, or partner experiences.
Do my points expire?
Reward points remain valid as long as you have at least one eligible stay per year. If no activity is recorded for 365 days, Reward points will expire. Status points reset every January 1st.

Can I cancel a booking made with points?
Yes, if the rate you booked allows for cancellation. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, your Reward points will be credited back to your account within 48 hours.
How do I request a specific room or floor?
You can add "Special Requests" during the booking process on our website. For Platinum and Diamond members, we recommend contacting your dedicated concierge 48 hours before arrival.
