01 Booking & Cancellation
Reservations at M Accor Club properties are subject to room availability and the specific terms of the rate selected at the time of booking. By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to the following cancellation framework:

Failure to arrive (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of the first night's room and tax charges to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
02 Guest Conduct
To ensure the comfort and safety of all members, M Accor Club maintains a strict code of conduct. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The Sanctuary Policy
- Quiet Hours: Enforced daily from 22:00 to 07:00. Amplified sound is prohibited during these times.
- Occupancy: Rooms may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at booking. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $150 fee.
- Photography: Commercial photography or videography requires written consent from Hotel Management 48 hours in advance.
03 Payment & Deposits
M Accor Club properties are cashless environments for security purposes during the check-in phase. A physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival.
Incidental Authorizations
An authorization hold of $150.00 USD per night will be placed on the guest's card to cover potential incidental charges (Minibar, Spa, Dining). This hold is released by the hotel upon check-out but may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
04 Member Benefits
Loyalty benefits (Late Check-out, Room Upgrades, Welcome Amenities) are strictly reserved for the account holder whose name appears on the reservation and membership card.
- Upgrades: Subject to availability upon physical arrival; not guaranteed for more than one room per member.
- Breakfast: Applicable only to Platinum and Diamond tiers at participating properties.
05 Liability & Laws
M Accor Club shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings not stored in the provided in-room safety deposit box. Our liability for loss or damage is limited by local international hospitality laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
